Ask me about:

Project management, risk management, and coastal daytrips

As a member of the Human Resource team, Rachel manages the payroll and benefits program at Geneva Global. She takes pride in providing employees support and resources as they navigate benefit offerings. Rachel’s attention to detail and process management experience aid her in overseeing the contract management strategy and operational components of Geneva Global. Additionally, she provides board secretarial support to the nonprofit Capital for Good USA.

Before joining Geneva Global, Rachel oversaw office and contract management for a real estate developer in the San Francisco Bay Area. In that role, she minimized the impact of business vulnerabilities by directing regulatory, administrative, accounting, and risk management functions. While in California, Rachel loved having the opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the land and culture. She especially enjoyed taking daytrips along the coast.

Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a certificate in Human Resources from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Bloomsburg University.
