Megan’s broad range of experience empowers her to develop creative strategies and conduct meaningful research and data analysis—all while having fun along the way.

What’s an interesting fact that others would not know about you?

I’m a first-generation college student. Growing up, my dad was a butcher and my mom was a bank teller. Take Your Child to Work Day was always interesting! I also love to sew. In my spare time, you can find me sewing up work-from-home-friendly pants, cozy turtlenecks, and funky blazers.

How many countries have you visited?

Four, and I’m impatiently waiting to quadruple that once the pandemic is over!

What three words would you use to describe your colleagues?

Approachable, smart, dedicated.

Why did you decide to work at Geneva Global?

Geneva Global is the perfect combination of all the things that I was looking for in my career—philanthropy, client strategy, data analytics and systems, and an amazing team of colleagues.
