Bria supports the company’s consulting practice by contributing to a variety of work streams and client deliverables. Her time spent in the creative sector gives her a unique perspective. A systematic and highly detailed thinker, she is skilled in delivering custom research, data visualization, and relationship tracking services to help clients reach their goals.
Prior to her role at Geneva Global, she held internship positions at a number of arts, cultural, and grantmaking institutions throughout Pennsylvania. Her work in the cities of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh ranged from supporting fundraising efforts for artistic programming and accessibility to managing the financial data of government support for a region’s creative economy.
Bria earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Temple University and a Master of Arts Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University. She remains passionate about the arts and culture sector—and its intersections with philanthropy.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
I love that I can be part of a large system of individuals creating much needed change in the world. Geneva Global’s clients are striving to create a more equitable society in a number of regions that I am unfamiliar with, so I am exposed to fascinating people, ideas, and places on a daily basis. This job pushes me to continually learn and problem solve in new ways.
How many countries have you visited?
7. My future travel goals include visiting new continents: Asia and South America.
What brings you joy?
Spending time with family and friends, feeling sore from long runs, finding new spots to eat in Philadelphia, and making others around me happy!
