Using her passion for social justice-oriented work, Bita approaches her client work with a diversity and inclusion lens that values collaboration and seeks to amplify the voices of marginalized communities, while supporting clients looking to advance their social impact goals. With an eye for detail and critical analysis, she aims to ease the difficulties clients may face as they seek to improve the world around them.
Prior to joining Geneva Global, Bita worked for several organizations focused on science and higher education policy, food security, and migration issues, and at a Denver-based social justice fund, which informs her strategy to approaching community-based client work.
Bita graduated from Colorado College with an International Political Economy major and a Chinese Language minor. She is particularly interested in international security issues.
