Part-Time Accounting Assistant

Geneva Global seeks an Accounting Assistant on a long-term, part-time basis. The role supports the accounting function of the business in a fun and high-functioning environment, aiding in the furtherance of Geneva Global’s Purpose and Mission.

Accounting Assistant Primary Tasks Include:

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable processing
  • Vendor set-up
  • QuickBooks
  • Bank activity monitoring and recording
  • Filing and archiving
  • Engaging in special projects

Hours: 15 hours per week with opportunity for more hours during project times

Schedule: A set schedule is expected, but no specific weekdays/hours required. Geneva Global’s team environment allows for occasional flexibility.

Location: Primarily in Geneva Global’s Paoli, PA headquarters, with some possible work-from-home availability. (We are currently taking precautions during the pandemic, limiting staff in-office and social distancing.)

Your Experience:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
  • Ability to learn new software systems
  • At least one year of post-secondary education
  • Accounting or Business education or experience a plus
  • QuickBooks Accounting software a plus
