Accounting and Administrative Associate

You will be the Director of First Impressions, responsible to manage the office environment by supporting the team through accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable being a central “go-to” person and is well versed in basic accounting,  office management and administrative skills. You will bring your natural enthusiastic self to all the various responsibilities encompassed in this role. You will have masterful organization and prioritization skills and be energized by seeing how your multiple contributions contribute to success across the organization.

Your Role

Perform accounting, administrative and operational functions in support of the team in a fun and high functioning environment. and furtherance of Geneva Global’ s Purpose and Mission.

Primary Tasks Include

  • Supporting general accounting needs and report preparation and compliance
  • Data entry, expense report processing, accounts payable, invoicing, vendor/supplies management, reconciliations, etc. (up to 70% of your time)
  • Ensuring conference rooms are ready prior to meetings
  • Answering general phone queries and directing to the appropriate contact
  • Assisting the Executive Team and other team members with travel planning
  • Assisting staff and visitors with travel needs

Your Experience

  • Bookkeeping and accounting experience
  • Office Management experience
  • IT savvy; Office 365, Excel, QuickBooks, Internet and Video Conferencing
  • You are known for your positive disposition excited to contribute to the team.
