Andy Lower
Private Client Advisory Manager, North America
Andy Lower has eight years of experience working in international development in the United Kingdom, the United States and the developing world. Before joining Geneva Global, he worked with nongovernmental organizations including Teddington, U.K.-based Tearfund and Doncaster, U.K.-based Worldshare. He has traveled extensively, lived and worked in Latin America and is fluent in Spanish. Andy holds a master’s degree in international development from London, U.K.-based Middlesex University, and an undergraduate degree in law from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom.

Gene White
Client Services Director
Before joining Geneva Global, Gene worked in the banking and finance industry, where his roles included training, overseeing investment licensed representatives and managing a division responsible for more than $100 million in annual sales. Gene also spent 12 years living in Europe and Asia, most recently in China, where he taught at the university level for five years. Gene holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in intercultural studies from Wheaton College. Since joining Geneva Global in 2004, he also has served as regional manager of the Asia research team as well as director of consultancy.

Lisa Grewe
Client Associate
Lisa Grewe has worked with Geneva Global’s regional teams as an operations coordinator, interim regional manager of the Asia research team and operations manager for Asia. She was involved in project management of a $2.3 million U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) grant to 49 Sri Lankan organizations following the December 2004 tsunami. Before joining Geneva Global in 2003, Lisa was a volunteer for Washington, D.C.-based AmeriCorps, working with Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia (Pa.), where she gained experience in community development. Lisa has also worked as an architectural designer for Minneapolis, Minn.-based Augsburg Fortress and holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pa.

Jennifer Larson
Client Associate
Jennifer Larson has five years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Geneva Global in April 2007, she served foundations and high-net-worth individuals at Bernstein Global Wealth Management in Philadelphia, Pa. She previously worked for New York, N.Y.-based investment manager BlackRock. Jenny holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y., and studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science of the University of London, United Kingdom.
