Geneva Global chosen by PEPFAR to manage $12 million HIV/AIDS program in Ethiopia and Ivory Coast

Geneva Global, Inc. has been selected by the New Partners Initiative [NPI] of the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief [PEPFAR] to manage a $12 million fund to tackle critical HIV/AIDS prevention and care needs in Ethiopia and Ivory Coast. The selection was announced at the White House on World AIDS Day. The three- year program will make grants to local community-based organizations in Ethiopia and Ivory Coast that have a proven track record of success delivering holistic programs that emphasize HIV prevention and care for those already affected or infected with the virus. Geneva Global’s private clients will provide $4 million of the $12 million fund, with the balance coming from the New Partners Initiative.
