A thoughtful work environment.
We operate in an open and inclusive environment, which mirrors our communication ethos. We invest in physical and virtual gathering spaces that foster creativity and collaboration as well as intentional face-to-face interaction with colleagues to build trust and resilience.
Hybrid and remote work.
Our main U.S. office is a short distance from the Paoli, PA train station. We gather there once a week to collaborate on work and eat together as a team for relationship building. When team members travel to different locations for client engagements and conferences, they try to connect with colleagues who live locally. We also support staff who choose to work remotely from different parts of the country and the world, and engage with one another to build strong relationships.
Flexible scheduling.
We’re adaptable to our clients’ needs and that extends to the way we work, too. We embrace flexible work schedules and recognize that traditional 9-to-5 approaches to managing projects and teams are not always practical or effective.
