We identify international giving opportunities that offer a hand-up, not a handout. We fund and support leaders and leading organizations at the local level, and through our extensive due diligence and monitoring processes, we can protect against the corruption and waste that make so many apprehensive about international granting.

Geneva Global's funds offer you the opportunity to leverage your giving by joining other donors who share your passions in a philanthropic mutual fund, focusing on specific development challenges, or on certain regions of the world. Our cost-effective funds invest in existing initiatives that have been carefully selected by Geneva Global to effectively address critical needs in the world’s most difficult places.  Our funds come in two varieties.  Our macro funds combine multiple initiatives focused on specific issues – such as orphans and vulnerable children, or prevention of human trafficking – or on geographic areas of the world. Our focused funds tackle specific problems in specific countries – such as forced child labor in Ghana or clean water for communities in Rwanda – allowing an opportunity for you to further direct your giving. Whichever fund you choose to invest in, you’ll be expanding the fund’s impact and providing a critical mass of support to unsung heroes tackling priority poverty issues in the world’s hardest places.

We Make It Easy to Get Involved

Geneva Global has long catered to the high-net worth individual or foundations with substantial endowments, but now our Funds are accessible to nearly anyone with a heart for giving and a mind for doing so wisely. We accept contributions from $5,000 for any of our existing, high-impact charitable macro Funds, or from $25,000 for our focused Funds. For donors looking to invest $500,000 per year, we will work with you to create a customized Fund designed to make a lasting impact on the poverty issues you are passionate about.
